Jeff, also known as Football's Chartered Accountant, is passionate about empowering early-career professionals and young footballers to enhance their talents and achieve success both “on and off the pitch”.

But Jeff's journey wasn’t always smooth. After experiencing heartbreaking failure in his professional football trials and multiple accountancy exam failures, it led to battles with mental health which caused career setbacks. However what saved his life was the discovery of: The Growth Mindset.

Through years of studying and embracing a Growth Mindset, Jeff was able to see his existing obstacles as opportunities. This mindset shift helped to turn his life around and now he dedicates his career to helping others do the same.
